8:00am, and not sure what the purpose of Bret sharing his personal thoughts was. The music for the most part is encouraging but the subject of your conversations and food for thought for the most part does nothing for edifying the body of Christ. God's Word tells me His ways are not mine and my ways are not His. Not everything that runs thru my thought process needs to be shared with others. I am almost to the point of not financially supporting WAYFM any longer because I don't want to support the income to employees who in my book are just stirring up dissension. Studying God's Word and going to His house are important components to a personal relationship with Him. Bret's little poem or whatever that was he shared in building a relationship with his wife was confusing and in no way do I see could really be compared with how to build a relationship with God. Hope you will consider the conversation content and stay away from top...

Gravatar image I did not hear this show, but Building a relationship with God begins at home. When we honor our family, our spouses and children, we honor God. We need to build good relationships with people around us because that helps us in building our relationship with God. I believe God wants us to form relationships with people, and I know he wants us to honor them. Brets' 'poem' may have been difficult for you to understand, but it may have said exactly what someone else needed to hear. I enjoy hearing the thoughts of others, it helps me in my realationship, whether I agree or not. We should always be learning, and growing, and if we do not hear the voices of others, we cannot learn and cannot grow.

Gravatar image I like the Chasim of Despair trivia questions. I never guess the answers but it is hillarious to listed to the Way FM people present it and then talk with the callers. Funny stuff.

Gravatar image You all are doing a great job, I moved down here for the Navy in october and since, you guys are the only ones that I listen to. I love this station, one thing that I have noticed though is that there are times when it seems static-y and another christian station takes over the chanel. It's not a SC station so I don't think it's a local problem. Anyway keep up all the great work on your end.

Gravatar image I love WayFM ! My kids and husband do too. I listen to it in the car and the house. I even try to listen to it at work. This works until they talk for too long at one time. My coworkers do not even realize I am blasting christian music at work or they just do not complain until there is talk for 5 minutes straight. News is good, weather is good, talk is good. But split it up please. I love your music and it starts my day off great. Thank you

Gravatar image I listen to wayfm most of the time when Im driving to school. I like the music, but I think there are way to many commercials and too much talking. I understand that the people like to discuss things, but most people are listening for music not Brant and Donna's oppinions. I just think the station would be better with more music and less talking.

Gravatar image WAYFM has done great things in my life alone. Going through a LOT of health issues I have never had to deal with. The song "Praise You In This Storm" has become my anthem. Thanks to WAYFM... I pray nothing but the best for this radio stations future. A great group of people and music daily that I can count on. Thanks again!!

Gravatar image I was glad when I found Way FM. the music is amazing, the Personalities are great. I was glad to finally get a station that emphasised realtionship over religion, God over money.

Gravatar image Our business requires us to make many stops all over the tri-county area during the week. We love listening to way fm on the road. God uses the music you play to help keep our minds focused on Him in the midst of our work day. The topics, questions, comments etc are often thought provoking and address REAL life issues we as Christians often encounter.
Thanks WAY FM!

Gravatar image WAY too much talk in the morning; worse, a lot of it is nonsensical, off-the-wall, and sometimes seems to stray from sound Biblical principles and precepts. It's almost like the morning crew is trying to compete with the secular media morning radio shows. That's not needed as Jesus Christ and His Word blow all that away! Keep the main Thing the Main thing.

Gravatar image I am a really big fan of Way FM. I listen to you on the computer. I live in Evansville, Indiana. I have heard roomers that we are getting a station soon here. Is that true? I really love your station and would love to hear you on my radio. Please email me back and let me know.

Thanks,
Annette

Gravatar image We moved here recently for ministry after lots of Bible training and seminary. You guys have been a great encouragement by breaking out of the "Christian" mold. Keep up the good job of being "in but not of".

Gravatar image As you can imagine a Pastor's daily laod tends to very heavy now-a-days. Listening to way-fm brings a sence of calm to my spirit which is in much need. As are world searches to fill it's emptyness, I find rest, peace, and comfort in worship with you and other listeners. thanks for being there

Gravatar image I love your shows! PLEASE keep the preaching to a minimum like you have been doing. If I want a sermon, I'll go find one. Stay funny and entertaining, just giving us helpful reminders about Jesus's love. Ignore the "Saints" who live in judgement of us all and feel that you are not preaching enough or you can't be funny and be a Christian. Spare me! Didn't Jesus call those kinds of people pharisees?
P.S. Could you have a golden oldies weekly show where you play forgotten Christian contemporary music from the the 90's? I miss some of the old WOW songs.

Gravatar image Just letting you know you made a difference in my life. I love starting my day with your music. My small children even love your station! I love to hear them sing these wonderful songs to God, all because of your station.

Gravatar image LOVE IT! Having listened to the "other" alternatives in the Lowcountry, Way-FM, by far, fits the mold of what we have wanted here! The vision was given to the Lowcountry at least 10 years ago. I'm so pleased to see it finally here even if I couldnt be a part of it LOL (Remember Gods Lifeline on Saturday nights?!) We were accused, thrashed and pulled about because we had the audacity to have FUN while playing some awesome Christian music and reaching out in a way that no one else would! My new #1 Station. Thanks Guys! Keep up the good work. I am a tremendous fan. Thanks Bremberg - you did it man!!

Gravatar image i love this station
i cannot imagine anyone who loves all types of music not like 100.9 because you get exactly what you are used to listening to and more. you are also reminded of your journey in life that just because we are in the world,we do not have to be of the world..

Gravatar image I want to say that this station absolutely blesses my socks off! It keeps me in the atmosphere of our Lord when I might otherwise get off track. My only thing, and I say in love and with a big sweet smile on my face, PLEASE do not try to conform to this world to make the world comfortable with Christian music. For the most part, the Dj's are top notch! There have only been a few conversations that were questionable. As someone ON FIRE for the Lord and the Kingdom and this upcoming generation, lets try to be Kingdom focused in ALL we say and do. You all are in a really anointed position...hitting the airwaves, and believe me, JUST TURNING THE MUSIC ON KICKS THE DEVIL IN HIS TEETH! PRAISE GOD!!!!!! You all are doing a WONDERful job, and I would only ask that we let the world be transformed by the Holy Spirit and our actions, vs. us making the world comfortable! It's past time to make some folks UNcomfortable!!

Gravatar image I was wondering what version of the Bible was used for the Word on the way for 11/16/09 because it is very different from Proverbs 18:24 in my Bible.I read a King James version

Gravatar image My Brother David is in Leiber Correctional Inst. in Ridgeville. He called me yesterday because he was very excited about finding your radio station. He told me that the music you play is very uplifting and really helps when he is depressed. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work that you do. Please remember the prisoners that are listening and pray that they can be reached for the Glory of God. Please consider giving the prisoners encouragement whenever possible. God Bless

Gravatar image My sister was playing this station in the car while I was visiting Charleston, SC. I fell in love with it instantly! This is the answer for young Christians who want a contemporary Christian station to listen to with an upbeat Christian Rock focus. Thank you so much! When are you going to begin broadcasting in Columbia, SC?

Gravatar image Thank you for the words of encouragement from Dr. Rick Johnson. He stays in the word and teaches love and hope. His word encourages me and it is a great jump start of my day. Sometimes many get very personal but he keeps it according to the word. It is needed and a blessing and not too long, thanks.
Ron January 8, 2010
Gravatar image I love the station! I also enjoy the devotions from Dr. Johnson. It is not preachy but encouraging and a huge blessing to me personally. Thank you for allowing this each morning, short but very encouraging!

Gravatar image We are so thankful that this station is streaming over the internet. We are from Charleston and currently serving in a ministry capacity in Spirit Lake, Iowa. This is so refreshing to be able to hear a great station in our home town playing contemporary Christian music. It also gives us a touch of home from time to time as we hear people and businesses we are familiar with.
Keep up the good work!! God Bless You!

Gravatar image Im in the military and recently got stationed overseas. Im 22 and the ****hest ive been from home is a few states away. I have been here going on 5 months but when i first got here my faith really fell. Never being this far from home i was really depressed. After basic training i was able to be home for a month before going to my next base and the whole month i had WayFM on my radio. I was upset when i left because i knew i wouldnt be able to hear the music you play anymore. Well about 2 months ago i decided to look you guys up. Sure enough i was able to download your station on my itunes. I'll just say since i did that my faith has gone up and i have adjusted to being here but i cant wait to return home. I just want to say thank you for your station its really made a huge difference in my life!
Thanks WayFM

Gravatar image I enjoy the station and have been really struggling with issues, dr. johnson has really blessed me. I actually found his school and left a message to thank him, He makes a major impact in many of us.

Gravatar image I have to agree that the station has been a blessing to my family. I also enjoy dr. Johnson's devotions every morning. He gets right to the point and sticks to biblical truths. It is clear this is needed and that he has a ministry for this. I would like to see him do a call in to discuss everyday issues. I think a 20 - 30 minute call in would be great. Maybe at 9-10 at night but people need this encouragement and he is right on. He clearly has the voice and knowledge.
Brenda Yopp March 13, 2010
Gravatar image Can't really comment much but the few times I've tried listening to your station I found the music to be to much hard rock for me and to much talking. Plus where I live it doesn't come in that well.
JD/ WAY-FM March 15, 2010
Gravatar image Well we are sorry to hear that Brenda..we are working at making sure we get that fixed for you!..Thanks for listening!
Rev. Steven Drawdy March 16, 2010
Gravatar image I enjoy the music and early morning devotions that last about 2 minutes. You are doing a great job!
